Nanosox Non Permeable Fabric Air Duct System (NS-N)

It is an ductwork served as end HVAC system made of non-porous Nanosox fabric commonly used in industrial workshop, warehouse and more heating and ventilating places where feature a high and large space.

The major advantage of this product series is to save energy by eliminating the fabric permeation, that is, concentrating all the airflow for intentional air conditioning and ventilating, however, we only recommend it in condensation free environment.
In addition, the non permeability nature of this product series does not go against its permanent fire resistant property. In ordinary application environment, you will enjoy a product warranty as long as 15 years.

Stadiums, large gymnasium etc Sports facilities are our common clients, however, swimming pools especially indoor ones, due to their high moisture content and easy condensation characteristic, are kept away from this product series. So far, we have installed hundreds of projects in all kinds of sports facilities. Metro, as the representative of the large space supermarket is also one of our clients.

There are still many fittings such as inlet, end cap, elbows and T-connectors etc as well as PAD (pressure adjustment device) and ACD (airflow control device), all of which are connected by heavy duty zipper to be a whole air duct system.

The fabric ductwork is hung under galvanized or stainless steel cable or aluminum track by snap clipping or sliding bar. The installation is very convenient compared to any other ductworks.

Further more, the total system cost and the cost involved with maintenance in the future are both much lower than metal ductwork.
